Mike Hillegass has been a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent for over thirty five years. He is a graduate of Bishop Kenny High School and Loras College. He is a past president of the Beaches Rotary Club, former member of the American Red Cross Volunteer Lifesaving Corps in Jacksonville Beach. He served two terms on the Neptune Beach City Council, and is a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. He is married to Mitzie Hillegass and has two children.

Michael J. Dekle began in the insurance industry in 1970 with Western and Southern Life as a debit agent selling life and health products, continued selling life and health policies with Independent Life in 1974, sold property and casualty products for Demetree Insurance from 1990 until June of 2010, when he joined HW&C.
